Unfortunately, once we have begun the order processing, we might not be able to exchange it for another. Please be sure to pay attention to what you order and choose carefully. You are also encouraged to consult with our Customer Care for more information in such cases.
How long do you take for pre-orders items?
We have ready-to-wear dresses and pre-made(ordered) dresses. Our turnaround bulk production for preorders takes approximately 30-45 days.
Is it possible to label the package as a “gift” in order to avoid customs fees?
Unfortunately, our Company’s policies do not allow that, and it is out of our human control.
