• -Order processing will take 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped. This only applies for items that are in stock, and not on preorder. When placing a preorder, shipping dates will be notified from a separate email.


• -The shipping costs will be covered by JUST E&V. Note that this excludes customs’ fees and VAT.


• -JUST E&V offers worldwide shipping. The courier company used for shipping is UPS.


• -The products are shipped during weekdays.


• -The product(s) take(s) 3-5 business days to arrive at the Customer’s delivery address depending on the city/country/region.


• -The express posts typically write the estimated delivery date a few days later than the actual delivery date in case of emergencies, which means that the product will arrive earlier, and that the Customer shouldn’t be alarmed.


• -Once the product is delivered, the Customer is required to sign the package. If the package is not signed/nobody is home, courier posts will attempt to deliver the package a few more times and get in contact with the Customer.
