JUST E&V cannot be held responsible for lost packages or delayed deliveries. For any and all shipping updates please contact UPS with the tracking number we provided you. If in any event a package is lost or stolen, please file a claim with UPS, TRACKING & INSURANCE ARE INCLUDED ON ALL PACKAGES.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order before requesting a return in order to avoid any rejected returns or exchanges that show signs of wear/tear, damage, alterations or with tags detached.
Once a parcel is initially shipped from us and received by customers. If the item is defective, damaged or in case they receive the wrong item, customers are encouraged to contact us immediately(3-5 days) with pictures along with the order number, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
