Can I rent the dress?
The dresses are for sales only.
How long do you take for pre-orders items?
We have ready-to-wear dresses, and pre-made(order) dresses. The pre-order dresses take approximately 30-45 days to be made.
Is it possible to label the package as a “gift” in order to avoid customs fees?
Unfortunately, our Company’s policies do not allow that, and it is out of our human control.
Care & Quality
How am I supposed to wash my dress?
When washing gowns, the various layers and delicate lace can make it a real challenge. While it may be possible to hand wash them, it is often best to have them professionally cleaned. Cleaners have the right equipment to clean the under layers while still protecting the top layers.
How is quality ensured?
Our production team from the United Arab Emirates works with some of the most expensive and highest quality fabrics and accessories; therefore, the quality of the dress is something that our team guarantees.
Returns & Exchanges
What do I do if my package comes damaged?
Please contact our Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of the damaged product the same day you received it, and we will inform you of the next steps.
What items are exchangeable?
Within 3-5 days from the date of delivery. If received wrong item or damaged condition must be returned in the original packaging with tags intact
How can I request and exchange?
To start the process for an exchange or store credit, please be prepared to provide the following information:
- -Order number
- -Exchange reason
Return address will be provided on a separate email along with return labels.
